The broad jump to high knees is an exercise that targets the abs. To do this exercise, start by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart. Then, jump up as high as you can, bringing your knees up to your chest. As you come down, land softly and immediately jump up again. Repeat this for as many repetitions as you can. This exercise is a great way to strengthen your abs and improve your jumping ability.
