Overview

The hollow coil with. V Up is an exercise that targets the abdominal muscles, particularly the rectus abdominis or six-pack muscles. To perform the exercise, start by lying on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor. Place your hands behind your head and engage your core. Exhale and slowly raise your head and shoulders off the floor, keeping your lower back pressed into the ground. At the same time, extend your legs so that your body forms a V shape. Hold the position for a second or two, then slowly lower back down to the starting position. Repeat for 10-12 repetitions.
