Overview
The hovering renegade row is an exercise that targets the abdominal muscles. It is performed by starting in a plank position with your feet shoulder-width apart and your hands shoulder-width apart on the ground in front of you. Then, you lift your right arm and left leg off the ground and row your right elbow to your left knee. You then lower your right arm and left leg back to the ground and repeat with your left arm and right leg. This exercise is a great way to work your abs and also improve your balance and coordination.
