Overview

The left side elbow plank with right leg swing is an exercise that targets the abs. To do this exercise, start by getting into a side plank position with your left elbow on the ground and your right leg extended behind you. Then, swing your right leg up and down as you hold the plank position. Repeat this for 10-12 reps on each side. This exercise is a great way to work your abs and get a six-pack.
