Overview

The linedrill foot work is an exercise targeting the abdominal muscles, particularly the rectus abdominis or six-pack muscles. It is a plyometric exercise that helps to develop explosive power and coordination. To perform the linedrill foot work, stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your knees slightly bent. Jump up and down as quickly as you can, bringing your knees up to your chest each time. Keep your abs tight throughout the exercise. Repeat for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
