Overview
The metaburnV Up is an exercise that targets the abdominal muscles, particularly the rectus abdominis or six-pack muscles. It is a of the traditional. V Up, which is performed by lying on the floor with your legs extended and your arms at your sides. To perform the metaburnV Up, you start in the same position as the traditional. V Up, but instead of bringing your legs to your chest, you bring them to your armpits. You then extend your legs back out and repeat the movement. This exercise is more challenging than the traditional. V Up because it requires more abdominal strength to bring your legs to your armpits.
