Overview

The plank to sphinx is an exercise that targets the abdominal muscles. It is a challenging exercise that requires good core strength. To perform the plank to sphinx, start in a plank position with your arms extended and your feet together. Slowly lower your body down until your chest is on the floor and your arms are extended in front of you. Hold this position for a few seconds, then slowly raise your body back up to the plank position. Repeat this exercise for as many repetitions as you can.
