Overview

The plank up is an exercise that targets the abdominal muscles. It is performed by starting in a plank position with your arms extended and your feet shoulder-width apart. Then, you slowly raise your hips until your body is in a straight line from your shoulders to your heels. Hold this position for a few seconds before slowly lowering back down to the starting position. The plank up is a challenging exercise, but it is effective for strengthening your core muscles.
