Overview
The shoulder tap to dirty dog is an exercise that targets the abdominal muscles. To do this exercise, you start in a plank position with your hands shoulder-width apart and your feet together. Then, you tap your right shoulder with your left hand and then your left shoulder with your right hand. As you tap your shoulders, you should also bring your knees up to your chest. Then, you lower your knees back to the ground and repeat the movement. This exercise is a great way to work your abs and also get your heart rate up.
