Overview
The stair toe tap is an exercise that targets the abdominal muscles. To do this exercise, stand at the bottom of a staircase with your feet shoulder-width apart and your hands on your hips. Step up onto the first step with your right foot, then quickly tap your left toes on the step. Step back down with your left foot and repeat with your right foot. Continue alternating feet for 10-12 repetitions. This exercise is a great way to strengthen your abs and improve your balance.
