Overview

The stick twist is an exercise that targets the abdominal muscles, particularly the rectus abdominis or six-pack muscles. It is performed by lying on the ground with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor. Hold a stick or dowel rod in front of you with your arms extended. Keeping your back flat on the ground, twist your torso to the right, then to the left. Repeat this motion for 10-12 repetitions.
