Overview
Straight Plank RightLeft Jack To Split Jack is an exercise that targets the abdominal muscles. To perform this exercise, start in a straight plank position with your feet shoulder-width apart and your hands shoulder-width apart in front of you. Then, quickly bring your right knee to your right elbow, then your left knee to your left elbow. Immediately after, jump your feet up and out to a split jack position with your right foot forward and your left foot back. Repeat this movement for 10-12 repetitions.
