Overview
The straight plank to kickup is an exercise that targets the abdominal muscles. To do this exercise, you start in a straight plank position with your arms extended and your feet together. Then, you kick your legs up into the air so that your body is in a Vshape Hold this position for a few seconds, then slowly lower your legs back to the ground. You can repeat this exercise for as many reps as you can.
