Overview

The dumbbell. Zottman curl is an exercise targeting the biceps. It is a of the standard dumbbell curl that adds a supination and pronation movement at the end of each rep. This helps to target all three heads of the biceps, as well as the forearms. The dumbbell. Zottman curl can be performed with either one or two dumbbells, and it can be done standing or seated. It is usually performed for moderate to high reps, such as 8-12 reps or more, as part of the upperbody or armfocused portion of a workout.
