Overview

The EZBar Reverse Grip Preacher Curl is an exercise targeting the biceps. The exercise is performed by sitting on a preacher curl bench with your feet flat on the floor and your knees bent at 90 degrees. The EZBar is held in a reverse grip (palms facing up) with your arms extended in front of you. You then curl the bar up towards your shoulders, keeping your elbows close to your sides. Pause at the top of the movement, then slowly lower the bar back to the starting position, This exercise is a great way to isolate and target the biceps. It can be performed with a variety of weights, depending on your strength level. The EZBar Reverse Grip Preacher Curl is a great addition to any arm workout.
