Overview

The heavy right arm biceps curl is an exercise targeting the biceps muscle. It is performed by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart and holding a dumbbell in your right hand. Your right arm should be extended in front of you with your palm facing up. Bend your right elbow and curl the dumbbell up towards your shoulder. Slowly lower the dumbbell back to the starting position and repeat. This exercise can be performed for 3 sets of 8-12 repetitions.
