Overview
The squatting cable straighT-bar curl is an exercise that targets the biceps. To perform this exercise, you will need a cable machine, a straight bar, and an adjustable bench. Start by attaching the straight bar to the cable machine at the top. Then, sit down on the bench and position your feet shoulder-width apart. Grasp the bar with an underhand grip, with your hands slightly wider than shoulder-width apart. With your arms extended in front of you, slowly curl the bar up towards your shoulders. Pause at the top, then slowly lower the bar back down to the starting position. Repeat this for the desired number of repetitions.
