Overview

The chest dumbbellstogether incline bench press is an exercise that targets the chest muscles. It is performed by lying on an incline bench with your feet flat on the floor and your knees bent. You then hold two dumbbells at shoulder level with your palms facing each other. You then slowly lower the dumbbells down to your sides until they are just above your chest, then press them back up to the starting position.
