Overview

The chest incline dumbbell fly is an exercise that targets the chest muscles. It is performed by lying on an incline bench with your feet flat on the floor and your knees bent. Hold a dumbbell in each hand and extend your arms out to the sides at shoulder level. Keeping your elbows slightly bent, slowly lower the weights down to your sides until they are just above your chest. Then, slowly raise the weights back to the starting position. This exercise can be performed for 3 sets of 10-12 repetitions.
