Overview

The dumbbell fixed dumbbell floor chest fly is an exercise targeting the chest muscles. It is performed by lying on the floor with your knees bent and your feet flat on the ground. Hold a dumbbell in each hand with your arms extended straight up over your chest. Slowly lower the weights out to the sides until they are just above shoulder level, then bring them back to the starting position. This exercise can be performed for 3 sets of 10 repetitions.
