Overview

The froggy pushup to donkey kick is an exercise that targets the chest. To do this exercise, start in a froggy pushup position with your feet together and your hands shoulder-width apart. Then, lower yourself down until your chest is close to the ground and your elbows are at a 90-degree angle. Next, extend your legs behind you and kick your heels up towards the ceiling. Finally, lower your legs back down and return to the starting position. Repeat this for 10-12 repetitions.
