Overview

The judo pushup to pike pushup is a challenging exercise that targets the chest, shoulders, and triceps. To perform the exercise, start in a standard pushup position with your hands shoulder-width apart and your feet together. Lower your body until your chest is an inch or two above the ground, then explosively push up and extend your legs so that youre in a pike position with your arms straight overhead. Lower back down to the starting position and repeat. You can make the exercise more challenging by adding weight or doing more repetitions.
