Overview

The jump-out pushup with hand hop back is an exercise that targets the chest. To perform this exercise, start in a pushup position with your hands shoulder-width apart and your feet together. Bend your elbows and lower your body until your chest is an inch or two off the ground. Then, explosively push yourself up and jump your feet back so that youre in a plank position. Immediately lower your body back to the ground and repeat. You can increase the difficulty of this exercise by adding weight to your back or by doing more repetitions.
