Overview
The chest machine fly is an exercise that targets the chest muscles. It is performed by lying on a bench with your feet flat on the floor and your knees bent. You then grasp the handles of the machine and extend your arms out to the sides until they are parallel to the floor. You then bring your arms back in towards your chest, squeezing your chest muscles at the top of the movement. You then repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions.

These alternative exercises can be used as substitutes when the original exercise is unavailable or challenging to perform due to various reasons such as equipment limitations, injuries, or personal preferences.
