Overview

Push and. Pull Bodyweight is an exercise that targets the chest. It is performed by lying on the floor with your arms extended overhead and your legs straight out in front of you. You then bend your elbows and pull your arms down towards your chest, then push them back up. This exercise can be done with a variety of weights, or it can be done bodyweight only.
