Overview

The pushup to belly touch is an exercise that targets the chest muscles. To do this exercise, start in a pushup position with your hands shoulder-width apart and your feet together. Bend your elbows and lower your body until your chest is an inch or two above the ground. Then, drive through your arms and extend your body back up to the starting position. As you do this, reach your arms forward and touch your belly. Repeat this for 10-12 repetitions.

These alternative exercises can be used as substitutes when the original exercise is unavailable or challenging to perform due to various reasons such as equipment limitations, injuries, or personal preferences.
