Overview
The right side iron cross is an exercise that targets the glutes as the main muscle group. It is performed by lying on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor. You then raise your right leg up and over your left leg, so that your right knee is pointing to the ceiling. You then extend your right leg out to the side, so that your right foot is pointing towards the ceiling. You then hold this position for a count of 10 seconds, before returning to the starting position. You then repeat this exercise on your left side. This exercise is a great way to strengthen and tone your glutes.
