Overview

The right kneeup is an exercise that targets the hamstrings. To do this exercise, lie on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor. Place your hands behind your head and lift your right knee up towards your chest. Hold this position for a few seconds, then lower your leg back to the floor. Repeat this exercise for the desired number of repetitions.
