Overview

The Worlds Greatest Stretch is a dynamic hamstring stretch that can help improve flexibility and range of motion. To do this exercise, stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your toes pointed forward. Bend over and reach for your toes, keeping your knees straight. Hold this position for 30 seconds, then slowly stand up. Repeat this exercise 3 times.
