Overview

The band assisted pull-up supinated is an exercise that targets the lats. The band provides resistance, which helps to make the exercise more challenging. To perform the band assisted pull-up supinated, start by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart and the band looped around your back, just below your armpits. Grasp the bar with an overhand grip, wider than shoulder-width apart. With your chest up and shoulders back, pull yourself up until your chin is above the bar. Pause for a second, then slowly lower yourself back down to the starting position. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
