Overview
The bentover medicine ball slam is an exercise that targets the lats. To perform the exercise, stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and hold a medicine ball in both hands. Bend over at the waist so that your back is parallel to the floor and your arms are extended in front of you. With your arms straight, swing the medicine ball up over your head and then slam it down onto the ground in front of you. Repeat the exercise for 10-12 repetitions.
