Overview

The left arm weighted half jack is an exercise that targets the lats. To do this exercise, you will need a dumbbell in your left hand. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your knees slightly bent. Hold the dumbbell in your left hand with your arm extended straight out in front of you. Bend your torso to the right, keeping your left arm straight, and then swing your arm up and over your head until it is extended straight out behind you. Repeat this movement for 10-12 repetitions, then switch arms and repeat on the other side.
