Overview
The Monster Band FacePull Hold is an exercise that targets the lats. It is performed by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart and holding a monster band in each hand. The bands should be around your chest level. With your arms extended in front of you, pull the bands apart until they are taut and your arms are parallel to the floor. Hold this position for a second, then slowly return to the starting position.
