Overview

The ah bounding sprint is a plyometric exercise that targets the quadriceps. To perform the ah bounding sprint, stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your arms at your sides. Bend your knees and jump up as high as you can, swinging your arms forward as you do. As you come down, land softly on your toes and immediately jump up again. Continue for 10-12 repetitions. The ah bounding sprint is a great way to build explosive power and strength in your quads.
