Overview

Burpee to biceps curl is a compound exercise that targets the quads, biceps, and core. To do this exercise, start in a standing position with your feet shoulder-width apart. Then, bend down and place your hands on the floor in front of you. Kick your legs back into a pushup position and then quickly stand up. As you stand up, curl your arms up to your chest. Lower your arms back down and then repeat the movement.
