Overview

The Burpee to. Open Stance is an exercise that targets the quads. It is a compound exercise that works multiple muscle groups at once, including the quads, glutes, hamstrings, and core. To do this exercise, start in a standing position with your feet shoulder-width apart. Bend down and place your hands on the ground in front of you, shoulder-width apart. Kick your legs back into a pushup position. Then, jump your feet forward so that you are in a standing position again. Immediately spread your legs out wide and then bring them back together.
