The goal post to squat is an exercise that targets the quads. To do this exercise, you will need a set of dumbbells and a bench. Start by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart and holding the dumbbells at your sides. Step forward with your right leg and lower your body until your right knee is at a 90-degree angle. Keep your left leg straight and your torso upright. Pause for a second, then push back up to the starting position. Repeat this motion for 10 repetitions, then switch legs and do 10 repetitions on the left leg.
