Overview

The half jack to 180 jump is an explosive exercise that targets the quads. To perform the exercise, start in a standing position with your feet shoulder-width apart. Step forward with your right foot and lower your body into a lunge. Immediately jump up, bringing your feet together and rotating your body 180 degrees so that you land facing the opposite direction. Repeat the movement, alternating legs. This exercise can be performed for a set number of repetitions or for a period of time.
