Overview

The handselevated alternating lunge jump is an exercise that targets the quadriceps. To do this exercise, you will need to stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your arms extended overhead. Step forward with one leg and lower your body until your knee is at a 90-degree angle. At the same time, raise your arms up and over your head. Then, jump up and switch legs in midair. Land softly on your feet and repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions. This exercise is a great way to strengthen and tone your quadriceps.
