Overview

The jump lunge to feet jack is a plyometric exercise that targets the quads. To perform the exercise, start in a lunge position with your right leg forward and your left leg back. Jump up and bring your left leg forward so that youre in a lunge position with your left leg forward and your right leg back. Immediately jump up and bring your feet together in a squat position. Repeat the movement for 10-12 reps on each side.
