Overview

Looking at. Ceiling is an exercise that targets the quads. To do this exercise, stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your toes turned out slightly. Hold a dumbbell in each hand and extend your arms straight out in front of you. Bend your knees and lower your body until your thighs are parallel to the floor. Keep your back straight and your core engaged. Pause for a second at the bottom of the movement, then push back up to the starting position. Repeat for 8-12 repetitions.
