Overview

The lying (side) quads stretch is an exercise that targets the quadriceps muscles, which are located on the front of the thighs. To perform this stretch, lie on your side with your legs extended and your feet together. Bend your top knee and bring your foot towards your chest. Hold this position for 30 seconds, then repeat on the other side.
