Overview

The plyometric power clean is an exercise that targets the quads. It is a plyometric exercise, which means that it involves a quick, explosive movement. To perform the plyometric power clean, you will need a barbell. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and hold the barbell in front of you with your hands shoulder-width apart. Squat down and grab the barbell with an overhand grip. Explosively stand up and pull the barbell up to your chest. Immediately lower the barbell back to the ground and repeat.
