Overview

The quick leap is an exercise that targets the quadriceps muscles. To do this exercise, stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and hold a dumbbell in each hand. Step forward with one leg and lower your body until your knee is bent at a 90-degree angle. Keep your back straight and your chest up. Then, quickly jump up and bring your other leg forward. Repeat this for 10-12 reps on each leg.
