Overview

The renegade lunge jump is an exercise that targets the quads. To perform this exercise, you will need a pair of dumbbells. Start by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart and your toes facing forward. Hold a dumbbell in each hand and bend your knees to lower into a lunge position. Keep your chest up and your core engaged. From this position, jump up as high as you can, bringing your legs together in midair. Land softly in the lunge position and repeat. You can do this exercise for 3 sets of 10 repetitions on each leg.
