Overview

The rickshaw deadlift is an exercise that targets the quads. It is performed by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart and holding a barbell in front of your thighs. Bend over and grab the bar with an overhand grip, then straighten your legs and lift the bar off the ground. Keep your back straight and your core engaged throughout the movement. Lower the bar back to the ground and repeat. This exercise is a great way to build strength and size in your quads.
