Overview

The right squat thrust is an exercise that targets the quads. It is performed by starting in a standing position with your feet shoulder-width apart. Then, you bend over and place your hands on the ground in front of you, shoulder-width apart. You then kick your legs back so that you are in a pushup position. From here, you drive your feet back up to the starting position, and then stand up. This exercise can be repeated for a desired number of repetitions, The right squat thrust is a challenging exercise that can help to build strength and definition in the quads.
