Overview

The skate is a plyometric exercise that targets the quads. To do the skate, stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your knees slightly bent. Jump up and swing your arms out to the sides as you bring your legs together. Land softly and repeat. The skate is a great exercise for improving explosive power and quad strength.
