The slide jump shot is an exercise that targets the quads. To perform the slide jump shot, stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and hold a weight in each hand. Step forward with one leg and slide the other leg behind you. Jump up as high as you can, bringing your knees to your chest. Land softly on your feet and repeat the movement with the opposite leg. This exercise is a great way to build strength and power in your quads.
