Overview
A tuckup burpee is an exercise that targets the quads, glutes, and core. It is a of the traditional burpee that adds a tuck jump at the end. To do a tuckup burpee, start in a standing position with your feet shoulder-width apart. Bend down and place your hands on the ground in front of you, shoulder-width apart. Kick your legs back into a plank position, then lower your chest to the ground and do a pushup. Immediately jump your feet back to your hands, then tuck your knees into your chest and jump up. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
